- Operate machine as needed responsibility and efficiently
- Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Operate machine as needed responsibility and efficiently.
- Complete accident/damage/incident report immediately after any accident/incident or damage occurs.
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
